I’m Joanne De Medeiros, CPA, CA and the founder of Constella Strategy & Accounting. With more than 20 years of experience, including 16 years at one of Canada’s largest accounting and consulting firms, I started Constella to reimagine how people experience decision-making during complex moments. Whether it’s building a business, planning for a family’s future, or leading a community initiative, my focus has always been on bringing clarity to complexity and helping people move forward with confidence.
